For 3 people:
- 250 g of macaroni pasta
- 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” salsa zucchini ricotta
- 20 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 10 fresh mint leaves for garnishing
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Bot the water in a pot. Add the salt, add the pasta and cook “al dente”.
- Pour the “Perchè ci credo” zucchini and ricotta sauce in a pan and heat while stirring with a wooden spoon
- Drain the pasta and pour into the pan while adding cheese. Turn it for a minute, eventually giving it a shine with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and serve garnished with mint leaves.
Tips: Use the flaked Parmesan Reggiano cheese instead of grated
Suggested wine: fresh and fruity rosé wine
