Recipe: Pasta noodles with peppers and ricotta sauce

For 3 people:
- 250 g of egg pasta noodles
- 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” peppers and ricotta salsa
- 20 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 3 leaves of fresh basil for garnish
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Boil a water in a pot. Add the salt, add the pasta and cook “al dente”.
- Pour the “Perchè ci credo” peppers and ricotta sauce in a pan and heat while stirring with a wooden spoon
- Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan while while adding cheese. Flip the pasta for a minute, eventually adding a touch of extra virgin olive oil and serve garnished with basil leaves.
Tips: Use the flaked parmesan cheese instead of grated
Suggested wine: fresh and fruity rosé wine
