For 3 people:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” mushrooms ricotta sauce
- 50 g of 00 flour
- 100 ml of milk
- 20 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 3 fresh basil leaves for garnish
- 10 ml tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- salt to your taste
- Dip the chicken breast into flour
- Pour some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast on both sides.
- Add milk, salt and simmer for about 10 minutes
- Place the chicken breasts on a plate, pour two tablespoons of the “Perchè ci credo” mushroom ricotta sauce on each slice of the chicken breast, add the grated cheese, a drop of olive oil and finish with a leaf of basil for garnish
Tips: Use flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese instead of grated
Suggested wine: fresh and fruity rosé wine
