Recipe: roasted artichoke appetizer on toast with butter

Difficulty: very easy
For 3 people:
- 12 large dice of toast (4 × 4 cm each)
- 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” roasted artichokes, in lemon juice
- 30 g of butter
- 60 g of anchovy fillets
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- Toast 12 slices of bread (golden brown but not burned)
- Drain well the “Perchè ci credo” lemon juice roasted artichokes
- Butter the warm toast
- Place the artichokes on each toast cube
- Garnish with the anchovies and basil leaves
- serve hot
Tips: You may use thick strips of grilled ham instead of anchovy
Suggested wine: Dry white wine
